The Preconstruction Manager will lead the preconstruction phase for all aspects of our sports and public assembly projects.
The Preconstruction Manager will lead the preconstruction phase for all aspects of our sports and public assembly projects. This includes:Performing market research and identifying project opportunities.Developing and building relationships and networks with industry professionals, public entities, designers, and other stakeholders.Supporting project teams to facilitate designs which incorporate constructability and logistics solutions.Providing meaningful input to the project’s programming and conceptual design activities.Coordinating design team members and pre-construction services (i.e. estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, site utilization, etc.) Integrating 3D/4D modeling technology into the preconstruction phase of the projects.Assist with planning and attend 2-3 trade shows per year.Oversee the proposal and presentation functions:Participate in developing the plan for winning the jobLead the estimating services team in translating customer desires into technical and financial documentation. Prepare bid packages for subcontractors and suppliers in conjunction with the project team.Initiate customer feedback on proposals. Manage internal and external communications. |
