| Job Description |
Reporting directly to the Senior VP or Preconstruction for the Midwest Division and will be in charge of providing preconstruction services for projects. A successful preconstruction effort will include consistent communication with designers and clients; excellent costing skills; leadership of a multi-disciplinary estimating team; close coordination with the operations and scheduling teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for Value Analysis efforts; participate and/or lead procurement efforts; lead GMP and Hard Bid efforts; and participate in sales and proposals. |
