| Job Description |
This position will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule on commercial construction projects.
This important position will supervise total construction efforts to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E reps. and other contractors. You will also perform scheduling, engineering material control and possibly supervise on-site administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.
Five or more years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent on projects in the $1 million to $30 million range preferred.
