| Job Description |
General Contractor is involved in retail, commercial, educational, and institutional work and needs an experienced estimator. This Individual will be responsible for preconstruction interface with the client, estimating the entire project, and will assist the project management team after award.
Minimum Qualifications:
# Proven skills in conceptual and hard-bid estimating
# A complete understanding of the preconstruction process including estimating, value-engineering, scheduling and field operations
# 5+ years of commercial and design build construction estimating experience |
