Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities Include:
Successful management of assigned projects which involve the following areas:
+ Construction management involving the areas of Pre-construction, Bidding and Buy-out, Schedule, Quality, Job Knowledge, Innovation and Safety.
+ Manage and help process paperwork including bidding, contracts, bonding, forms, certificates of insurance, manifests and permits
+ Financial Management involving the areas of Cost Control and Profitability, including Estimating, Value Engineering and Negotiations.
+ Oversee bid and walkthrough schedules. Analyze plans, specs and proposals; prepare time, material, labor and equipment estimates. Consult with clients, vendors, subcontractors and project managers to formulate estimates
+ Coordinate project estimates, schedules, submittals, job costs and procurement of materials. Maintain submittal logs and change order logs.
+ Assemble change order documentation and updates schedules. Identify, track and expedite site material needs to include; tracking ordered materials and coordinating purchase orders Maintain material, equipment and man-hour reports. Review invoices for accuracy and comparing them with delivery tickets when applicable
+ Oversee manpower-loaded schedules for all work. Coordinate subcontractors as required and ensure that they adhere to the schedule and meet all deliverable requirements
+ Client Relations involving Relationship building and Leadership.
+ Consistent closeout and final billing in a timely manner.
+ Oversee project related close out activities such as punch-list and close out check list. Oversee pay applications and compiling required backup for billing• |
