| Job Description |
* This position will be responsible for various estimating tasks through all phases of preconstruction and construction activities, evaluation of various construction alternatives, solicitation and preparation of bids, and quantity takeoffs and pricing.
Qualified candidates must possess:
* Construction degree and 5 years experience or 10 years construction estimating experience
* Large project history a must (renovation experience helpful)
* Able to work with multiple people to achieve overall project pricing
* Experience with MC2
* Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word & Excel required |
