| Job Description |
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, organizing and controlling of multiple commmercial projects assigned to him/her. The Project Manager shall be accountable for all phases of the construction process with the goal of finishing projects on schedule, to the highest standard quality, to the customer's satisfaction, and with maximum profits. It is the Project Manager's responsibility to initiate actions required to achieve the goals and objectives of the construction company and to maintain high standards set by the Company.
Must have construction project management experience. Working with subcontractors and ensuring contracts are being adhered to properly. Proven experience in bringing commercial, municipal, or multi-family residential projects to completion safely, on time and on budget. |
