Requires 5+ years experience in construction of commercial, healthcare, laboratory or civil projects ($20 million+). Will be responsible for assisting Project Manager in the overall management and direction of the preconstruction and construction efforts on the assigned projects. Previous knowledge and experience in budgeting, scheduling, estimating and subcontractor negotiations necessary. |
