Position Title: Superintendent-Retail
A construction professional responsible for on-site and office assistance to the Project Superintendent and Project Manager. Many of the duties are crossovers from estimating, project management and field supervision. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: performing material take-offs, obtaining permits, preparing manpower reports, preparing 2-week look ahead schedules, attending pre-construction meetings, qualifying subcontractors, working with subcontractors and punch-list.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. This position requires a 4-year degree from an accredited school. |
