Commercial Projects
Location: Florida
Must be able to supervise drywall hangers for maximum efficiency and quality, in addition to performing all documentation related to each project. Required skills include basic estimating, determining optimum crew size, leadership in directing crews, keeping organized project paperwork. Take ownership of projects from several thousand to several million dollars, multi-tasking to ensure materials, labor, prior framing & MEP work, and other trades are all properly synchronized, and good construction practices are observed for safety, quality, etc.
Qualifications should include employer stability, excellent knowledge of drywall installation for all types of commercial projects, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, be hands-on to assist as necessary. A good business sense is important, with enough experience to anticipate problems instead of reacting to them. Many excellent career opportunities for qualified individuals who can lead projects, manage people effectively, and perform all documentation. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. |
